Founded in 1983 by brothers Mike and Mark Rauschnot, we have been providing greater Bay Area customers with quality work and exceptional service that has become a standard throughout every aspect of the company. We have grown to become an accomplished and well-respected electrical contractor in the Bay Area and continue to stay true to our core values of commitment to quality and service.
Safety
We are committed to establishing a safe and healthy workplace for all of our employees. Our goal is to operate without injuries or accidents to avoid dangerous situations, can help us achieve this goal. All of our electricians are CPR certified and our safety coordinator conducts weekly safety meetings in order to continually work with our employees to provide a safe and healthy work environment.

Mike Rauschnot
Founded MJR Electric in 1983 with the help of his brother. Mike has over 30 years of experience in the electrical field and is a certified electrical journeyman. Mike has developed MJR Electric into a successful and well-respected electrical contractor in the bay area. He is dedicated to maintaining the unparalleled level of quality and service that MJR is known for.
Mark Rauschnot
Founded MJR Electric with his brother. Mark brings over 30 years of experience in the electrical field to every project and is a certified electrical journeyman. Mark is a vital aspect in establishing the direction of the company and is committed to ensuring that the superior quality and service in each project exceeds our customer's expectations.
Our People
We have been successful over the years through the dedication and hard work of our qualified employees. Our team of qualified electricians, electrical apprentices, estimators, and project managers continue to maintain our core values of commitment to quality and service. All of our electricians and apprentices are state of California Department of Industrial Relations certified. We are continually looking for qualified individuals to join our team.
